Context

We used this problem to provide an understanding of resources, goals, cost, and environment is used to carry out a software project and how the whole process in a project is controlled, managed. During the past several years, management’s knowledge and understanding of the whole process in software development has matured to the point where almost every company is using various kind of process to maintain the system quality. These companies have come to the realization that the understanding of the system, project management skill, software development process, and productivity are related.
