Overview


Goals

The goal of this design problem is to develop a persona for each of the business passengers in the design problem.

Learning Objectives

1) Learn basic problem identification and analysis 2) Explain and evaluate concepts and applications of personas 3) Identify and assess evidence from both familiar and unfamiliar disciplines to support their research efforts. 4) Critically reflect upon their own progress and make improvements to complete what is left to solve the problem

Context

This is one of the four design problems students can choose from in the PBL session of the module "Human-Computer Interaction and User Experience".
