After solving this problem, students will be able to: - Identify 4 types of stakeholders of an information system - Identify and classify stakeholders for a given information system - Understand the roles of each type of stakeholders - Explain why we need to take account of these stakeholders when developing an information system - Apply knowledge learned to find stakeholders for other information systems

Context

The word "stakeholder" refers to individuals or groups impacted by a software development project. There are stakeholders both within and outside the organization. They may be end users, or may just be influenced by the operation. It is important that all stakeholders should be identified.
