Goals
To make students guess what kind of ingredients and spices are used in a meal, to make them evaluate cooking techniques and prepare a similar meal
Learning Objectives
Make students gain skills analysing a given meal, develop problem solving and decision making abilities and use their practical skills in this task.
Context
There are food and beverage services departments in many vocational secondary schools and cooking is taught with theoretical and practical methods. It can be beneficial for students to use their skills in evaluating a given recipe and preparing a similar one where they will use learning by doing and problem solving methods.
