Can't download the PDF + suggestion

At the moment, it does not seem to be possible to download the PDF files for the submitted problems. (Clicking the PDF button on the left does nothing, at least for me.) Could somebody look into this?

Additionally, I wanted to suggest to make the entire content of the problem (not just the overview) visible without downloading the PDF. Some users may prefer to see the content online, so perhaps it could be possible to add tabs containing the instructions and guidelines (like you have when you edit the problem) to the problem page.
