How a mobile app becomes attractive for users

Have you ever really noticed that what is it that makes you like or dislike a mobile app? What is the reason you would get attracted to using a mobile app or make you decide into not using it? Well, there are things that would either make an app attractive for a user or have a negative response from a user as well. When you create an app you take into consideration the fact that you are creating something that will address the issues of your users and for that you need to understand your users and what they require. What do you think are the basic requirements of creating a mobile app that is attractive to its users?
