Can't publish the problem

While trying to publishing the Problem the system keeps saying: “Please fill out all mandatory fields!” but I can’t find any empty fields. All fields are filled (even not mandatory ones). In order to avoid this situation maybe unanswered fields can be pointed out with a red frame or background.
